Right now, we're searching for a Digital Associate Creative Director to help us accelerate the climb for these national brands we serve. As the performance digital creative lead, you will lead the practice and also do the work - connecting performance insight, creative direction and high-volume content production across paid social for both DTC and retail brands.

Description
This role owns performance creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and retail-focused digital channels. You will concept ideas, direct production, write scripts, build testing plans and guide and refine weekly content cycles. You bring an understanding of how DTC and retail environments work and how creative contributes to growth in each.
You will also push AI workflow automation. This includes guiding tool use, improving speed and systemizing how we create modern content at scale.
What you'll do:
- Lead creative strategy for DTC and retail-focused clients across all digital channels
- Build and run a weekly content pipeline that supports volume-heavy DTC brands
- Concept, write and direct UGC, hooks, testimonial edits, demos, comparison ads and retail-specific assets
- Translate performance results into new creative decisions and testing plans
- Direct creators, writers and other internal partners across rapid cycles
- Guide shoots for UGC and digital content
- Partner with strategy and media to understand what drives conversion and velocity
- Build AI-driven workflows that simplify production and increase speed
- Maintain a system of creative documentation and learnings
- Present creative and performance insights to clients
- Mentor designers, writers and hybrid creators
- Strong experience producing performance creative for DTC and retail brands
- Experience supporting national retail programs or shopper-focused social assets
- Understanding of how Meta, TikTok and YouTube algorithms influence results
- Ability to turn KPIs into clear creative direction
- Comfort leading and doing the work at the same time
- Portfolio showing ideas tied to measurable outcomes
- Experience writing and scripting short-form paid social creative
- Experience directing content creation
- Ability to build organized, repeatable workflows
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity about performance trends and new creative formats
- Experience using and directing AI tools for concepting, automation or production
- Ability to identify steps in the process that can shift to AI to increase volume or speed
- Ability to integrate AI into creative cycles without losing clarity or craft
- This is a full-time position and employees must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, in Mountain Time. Occasional travel or evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Compensation:
