We areseekingan IntegratedContent Manager (Account Manager equivalent) to jointhe Integrated Marketing teamof ourContent, Creative and Experientialpractice. The applicant will bring experience ineditorial and ownedcontent best practices, ideallyhaving managed content ina fast‑paced newsroom setting. Brand oragencyexperience isrequired, and automotive experience is a plus. In this role, you will helpclientscommunicateinformation about theirbrand,productsand servicesacross B2B and B2C accounts. You may be supportingcorporate communications, productmarketing,salesor theC‑suite. This isan important rolethat requires time management and the ability to work quickly under pressure. The role may include the management of internal or freelance writers or vendors. Responsibilities

Plan, edit and manage a wide range of content types (press releases, web copy, newsletters, product pages, etc.) for clarity,styleand accuracy – with analmost superhumanlevel of attention to detail Create,maintainand help enhance standards and processes to keep a wide variety of teams and stakeholders aligned and on schedule Collaborate with account teams,clientsand third‑party vendors to producetimely, high‑quality content that hits all publication requirements Manage and support the evolution of editorial workflows across client accounts, from ideationthrough publication Design and oversee editorial calendars, ensuring all teams stay attuned to set deadlines Produce regular performance reports and insights around editorial content using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms and tools (e.g.Semrush) Convert data and insights from search, social, market and media monitoring tools into content strategies that meet specific brand or campaign objectives Lead client,vendorand internal team meetings to align all parties involved in staging and publishing content Ensuretimelyresponses and actions with, and for, clients and third‑party vendors Ability to work fromEasternor Central time zone. Jobmayrequireonce weekly or as needed on‑site visits to key client teams based in Plano, TX. Qualifications

5+years of experience managing editorial calendars and workflows in a corporate communications, contentmarketingor digital media environment Understanding of digital content best practices, including SEO/AEO and integrated planning across owned, earned,paidand shared content workstreams Strong content strategy, editing,writingand proofreading skills – you are equally comfortable with eagle‑eyed line editing as you are with strategic editorial planning Strong project management skills. You know your way around a Service‑Level Agreement and can effectively coordinate stakeholders and SMEsin a timely manneracross teams, keeping everyone aligned to the same goals,timelinesand expectations Experience converting audience and market data into content campaigns that perform, meeting specific KPIs that ladder up to specific brand goals and campaign objectives Proficiencyin AP Style Familiarity finding insights within search, social, market or media monitoring tools, such as Google Analytics,Semrush,Brandwatch, Muck Rack etc. Familiarity with WordPress and/or other common CMS platforms Familiarity with project and workflow management tools, such as SharePoint,Airtable,etc. Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced newsroom style environment using top‑notch organizational and communication skills Experience managing freelancers, internal creative partners and third‑party agency or vendor relationships Automotive content strategy or operations experience is a plus Benefits
