Overview We are looking for an Integrated Content Manager (Account Manager equivalent) to join our Integrated Marketing team. The ideal candidate brings editorial experience in a fast‑paced newsroom setting, brand or agency experience, and ideally automotive experience. In this role you will help clients communicate information about their brand, products, and services across B2B and B2C accounts, supporting corporate communications, product marketing, sales, and the C‑suite. Time management and the ability to work quickly under pressure are essential, as may be the management of internal or freelance writers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Plan, edit, and manage a wide range of content types (press releases, web copy, newsletters, product pages, etc.) for clarity, style and accuracy.

Create, maintain and help enhance standards and processes for teams and stakeholders.

Collaborate with account teams, clients and third‑party vendors to produce timely, high‑quality content that meets all publication requirements.

Manage and support the evolution of editorial workflows across client accounts.

Design and oversee editorial calendars, ensuring all teams stay on schedule.

Produce regular performance reports and insights around editorial content using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.

Convert data and insights from search, social, market and media monitoring tools into content strategies that meet specific brand or campaign objectives.

Lead client, vendor and internal team meetings to align all parties involved in staging and publishing content.

Ensure timely responses and actions with, and for, clients and third‑party vendors.

Work from Eastern or Central time zone; occasional on‑site visits to client teams based in Plano, TX may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing editorial calendars and workflows in corporate communications, content marketing or digital media.

Understanding of digital content best practices, including SEO/AEG and integrated planning.

Strong content strategy, editing, writing and proofreading skills.

Strong project management skills and experience coordinating stakeholders across teams.

Experience converting audience and market data into content campaigns that meet KPIs.

Proficiency in AP Style.

Familiarity with search, social, market or media monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, Brandwatch, Muck Rack, etc.).

Familiarity with WordPress or other common CMS platforms.

Familiarity with project and workflow management tools (SharePoint, Airtable, etc.).

Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced newsroom environment.

Experience managing freelancers, internal creative partners and third‑party agency or vendor relationships.

Automotive content strategy or operations experience is a plus.
