We are seeking a Content Experience Specialist starting January 2026 for a global medical device company! We are seeking a Content Experience Specialist to create engaging, customer-centric content for physicians and healthcare professionals. In this role, you'll plan and execute digital content and communication strategies that drive awareness, education, and adoption across key audiences. What You'll Do Develop physician-focused content and integrated communication plans for the Interventional Coronary Therapies franchise. Use insights and research to shape messaging, content strategy, and communication journeys. Create compelling content, message maps, brand narratives, and digital assets; manage agencies and vendors. Partner with analytics teams to test, optimize, and improve content performance. Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, Marketing Automation, and other teams. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and digital best practices. Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and stakeholder communication. Stay current on digital and industry trends and share best practices across teams.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in content strategy or marketing within medical device, pharma, biotech, consumer health, or similar regulated environments. Product launch experience strongly preferred Experience developing digital content from concept to production; strong storytelling and some copywriting required. Knowledge of brand management and omnichannel marketing (web, email, social, programmatic, marketing automation). Experience managing agencies/vendors and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Strong communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, and project management skills. Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
