The

Product Marketing Director – Commercial Trucks

will own the go‑to‑market strategy for our Class 8 On‑Highway segment portfolio, ensuring each launch, dealer enablement effort, and segment strategy translates into market share growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Lead go‑to‑market strategy for all International Class 8 On‑Highway trucks

Develop value propositions and product positioning for key market segments: General Freight, Private, and Lease/Rental

Plan and execute new product introductions — including launch strategy, sales enablement, and dealer readiness

Integrate Voice of Customer insights into marketing plans and product messaging

Create sales tools, training, and programs to strengthen dealer and fleet sales performance

Represent the brand at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events

Develop segment‑specific strategies for small, medium and large fleets, leasing companies, and owner‑operators

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Service Solutions, Product Development, Brand Communications, and Dealer Network Development

Assist marketing team members to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, or product‑related experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry

At least 2 years of lead experience

OR Master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry plus 2 years of lead experience

OR At least 12 years of relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry plus 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment‑related work sponsorship for this position.

Deep understanding of the commercial truck market, fleet buying cycles, and industry regulations

Strong leadership in cross‑functional, multi‑channel marketing environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing enablement tools
