Ektukra is hiring: Communication & Marketing Officer in Friendly

We are urgently hiring a confident and smart Communication & Marketing Officer to join our team at Ektukra — a creative multimedia and digital agency. The candidate must be able to professionally handle client communication (in person and online), manage marketing coordination, and understand how digital/media agencies work. Professionally communicate with clients via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings Handle client queries, feedback, and project updates Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages Represent the company confidently in meetings and field visits Coordinate between clients and internal creative/production teams Maintain communication logs and provide timely updates Marketing: Support and execute marketing tasks – both online and offline Help in planning, posting, and managing social media content Engage with leads, generate interest, and follow up on inquiries Assist with campaign execution, client acquisition, and brand outreach Research and suggest new marketing ideas Required Skills: Excellent communication (spoken and written) in both Nepali and English Confident in handling professional conversations and business dealings Ability to write proposals, formal emails, and client messages Must understand how a multimedia/digital agency functions Familiar with content creation, design/video workflows is a plus Basic understanding of digital marketing & media production Good at managing time, multitasking, and handling pressure Other Requirements: Must have own bike/scooter with a valid license Willing to do outdoor tasks (client visits, pickups, etc.) Flexible with working hours – depending on project needs Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (freshers with confidence can apply) Should be smart, presentable, and good with people What You’ll Get: Friendly and creative work environment Opportunity to grow within a leading multimedia company Networking with top brands and creators in Nepal Competitive salary (based on skill & experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
