This role is ideal for a skilled freelance video producer with strong animation abilities and fluency in French, tasked with producing a compelling promotional film for the 'Rising Star Gabon 2026' initiative. The project centers on creating a 1–2 minute video to open an event celebrating 300 women leaders and entrepreneurs from Gabon. All voice recordings, logos, and texts will be provided. The editor will be responsible for sourcing and licensing B‑Roll, stock images, and music, then integrating and synchronizing these elements with the provided voice recordings, logos, and texts. Deliverables include a Full HD or 4K master file (MP4), an optional subtitled version, and project source files if possible. The final delivery deadline is December 5, 2025; a draft must be submitted a few days earlier for review.
