The Role

As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for building a best-in-class marketing analytics competency and owning the analytics roadmap for Acrisure’s marketing team. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and technical expertise to delve deeply into data insights. Serving as an individual contributor, you will develop models to optimize our return on investment and collaborate closely with the marketing team on test designs and analyses to increase brand awareness. You will also lead stewardship of marketing data hygiene and develop impactful dashboards and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define objectives and KPIs across the marketing funnel.
  • Work with the marketing team on website A/B testing to improve time on site and reduce bounce rate.
  • Collaborate with other analytics teams to drive a single source of truth for KPIs and advance data quality and democratization.
  • Partner with data engineering to manage data collection, transformation, and storage.
  • Propose innovative approaches for leveraging marketing analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate new opportunities, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans, and guide execution.
  • Lead the creation of compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Optimize reporting processes and implement automated alerts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (advanced degree plus).
  • 8+ years of business analytics experience, with 4+ years in media buying or marketing analytics in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience defining and executing a marketing analytics strategy with a robust roadmap.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Success influencing senior stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations.
  • Expertise in SQL; Python/R and BigQuery a plus.
  • Experience mining and modeling data and creating views or scheduled queries for democratization.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau or similar tools.
  • Experience with media platforms (Google Analytics, Heap, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with experimental design (A/B, multivariate tests) and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
