Costume Designer for Merrily We Roll Along
Seeking Costume Designer to join our thriving Community Theater in Brooklyn Heights. Stipend can be provided or rolled into the costume budget depending on the candidate's wishes.
Responsibilities include: Designing costumes for entire cast of Merrily We Roll Along. Pulling pieces from our already existing stock of costumes and building/sourcing new ones when needed. Collaborating with the director on overall theme for the costumes while also bringing your own unique ideas to the production. Managing the costume budget and submitting receipts for reimbursement in a timely manner. Seeking someone highly organized, able to focus on the details that make costumes really come to life, and someone who is looking to develop a creative relationship with a community theater.
Merrily We Roll Along Dates: Auditions: December 1,2 and Callbacks on 3rd Rehearsal Dates* First rehearsal will be MONDAY, Dec. 8th Sundays from 6:00-9:00pm Monday-Thursday from 7:00-10:00pm *Please note, costume designer won't be needed at all rehearsals, only occasionally for measurements and to try clothes on the actors Performance Dates February 6th-22nd Friday & Saturday shows start at 8pm Sunday shows start at 2pm.
A stipend will be provided.
