We are seeking a
Digital Content Creator - Social Media Videographer/Photographer
to advance our marketing platform. The ideal candidate will assist the sales and marketing team to advance campaign messaging and improve our overall content strategy.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality video, photo, and drone content of projects at various stages (demo → framing → finish → completed spaces).
Digital content management and creation for website and social media—ensure brand message is consistent.
Shoot and edit photos and videos; produce original and dynamic visuals.
Photoshoot production: maintain organized schedule, manage subcontractors, create shot lists.
Photo styling: use props, backgrounds, and lighting for interior photography.
Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Build and maintain social media presence; grow followers monthly.
Create and manage all marketing channels.
Manage and audit social media accounts and audience engagement.
Produce brochures, swag, content, photos, videos, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, signage, and other marketing materials.
Maintain company brand standards.
Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns.
Analyze digital data to recommend website optimization.
Conduct research to aid team goals; contribute campaign ideas, hashtag research, keyword optimization, and report on industry trends.
Monitor key online marketing metrics and track weekly, monthly KPIs.
Meet and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of marketing and creative KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
2-5 years in Photography/Videography.
Knowledge of construction and architecture is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media platforms, community engagement tools, survey tools, and Adobe programs.
Graphic Design and Photo Editing:
Knowledge of GoPro camera.
Moderate photography equipment and editorial skills.
Photoshop: Mac OS; retouching, color balance.
Illustrator: Mac OS; create artwork, icons.
Lightroom: color balance and adjustment.
Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop.
ZHO Social Media, Go-to-Meeting, MS Office.
Personality Requirements:
Creative mind with an eye for detail.
Self-starter and proactive mentality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
Requirements OSHA 10 (training available).
