We are looking for a

Senior Marketing Manager

to oversee the overall management and profitability of the product portfolio, including existing products and new product development. The role will set strategic direction to achieve revenue and profitability targets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Sales, Manufacturing, Regulatory & Development, Finance, and Business Development—to develop marketing plans and lead the creation of all advertising, packaging, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans.

Develop marketing campaigns based on knowledge of product portfolio, market segments, profitability expectations, product cost and market conditions.

Lead the creation of marketing, sales support, and e‑commerce materials specific to brand products in a timely fashion and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Identify potential new markets for expansion and propose lifecycle management plans for the product line, including rationalization where appropriate.

Produce demand/revenue and sales forecasts and monitor inventory levels.

Work with agencies to develop campaign plans.

Provide information and materials for external customers.

Travel to field to support understanding of marketing campaigns.

Lead and coordinate the annual brand planning process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).

8+ years of marketing or brand management experience domestically or internationally.

Demonstrated success with consumer insights, category analytics, product development, and packaging.

Strong business acumen with a focus on maximizing profitability.

Excellent brand management skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and meet project deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen and understand different perspectives to gain alignment and buy‑in.

Proven ability to lead projects across departments, manage milestones, and adapt to changing priorities.

Animal health and OTC experience is a plus.

This role is onsite and not remote.
