Responsibilities
Work on K12 school projects using Revit.
Participate in architectural design and ensure quality construction.
Complete construction drawings in Revit for K12 projects.
Manage client relationships and projects from start to finish.
Develop design solutions and ensure they meet project requirements.
Essential Skills
8-15 years of experience in architecture.
Proficiency in Revit architecture.
Experience in K12 or Higher Education building projects.
Strong project management skills.
Registered Architect.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Licensed Architect in PA with K12 building experience preferred.
Experience in drafting, detailing, and construction.
Familiarity with design development and schematic design.
Work Environment You will join a team of three to four professionals on each project. We offer a business casual environment with 8-hour workdays and core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
