Job Purpose To provide support to the marketing department in a broad range of areas including project execution, delivery of assets, vendor relationships, and communications.

Key Functions

Work closely with marketing project strategists, event team, communications team, analysts, and creative team to coordinate the successful execution of projects.

Possess a working knowledge and understanding of project management tools such as Workfront and ServiceNOW to effectively manage resources, track projects and tasks, report on progress and assist others in learning best practices.

Verify that incoming requests have all information required to begin; proactively gather missing information and regularly follow up on inquiries to keep work moving.

Coordinate timely and appropriate media scheduling and support customer communication and promotional activities; organize and ensure successful delivery of media ad buys to support promotional, sponsorship and event efforts, verify proper placement and usage of branded items.

Manage a variety of promotions among multiple networks and accurately track the corresponding affidavits, screen available promotional options and provide timely recommendations.

Maintain vendor relationships including but not to printers, freelancers, and other external partners to execute unique marketing tactics.

Work with creative teams and vendors to adhere to internal printing code and stamp invoices and work while adhering to budget.

Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.

Follow and serve as a role model in displaying Midco’s Core Values and Leadership Success Drivers.

Adhere to Midco privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.

Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience And Education

Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational Training, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent job‑related experience; focus in business, marketing, project management or communications preferred.

Minimum of 1–3 years marketing experience.

Experience with project management tools such as Workfront or ServiceNOW is a plus.

Work Environment And Physical & Mental Qualifications

The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
