With the Winter holidays just around the corner, Teleflora is busier than ever! We are looking for an eMarketing Specialist to support our member florist websites by working closely with eMarketing Counselors and the larger eMarketing department. Teleflora, part of The Wonderful Company since 1979, is the worlds largest flower delivery service, serving a nationwide network of over 10,000 locally owned florists. We provide innovative marketing, education and technology to help our member florists thrive, creating beautiful bouquets with keepsake vases delivered to your door. The eMarketing Specialist will assist in onboarding eFlorist members to our marketing programs, provide basic digital marketing support, and partner with digital team members to enhance florists digital presence. This role covers a variety of disciplinesincluding SEO, local search strategies, paid search advertising, social media, website UX, and moreand invites a career?building experience in digital marketing. Job Description Assist in onboarding new eFlorist members via one?on?one training on website platforms and marketing programs. Provide support to eFlorist marketing programs and digital marketing?specific website requests. Leverage knowledge of SEO, paid search, blog implementation, link building, and related topics while working independently. Add spirit and thoughtful leadership to our team of passionate search?engine marketers. Develop thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on?page, and off?page optimization. Manage day?to?day client relationships through conference calls and presentations. Design and deliver training classes to internal and external groups on occasion. Assist with various eFlorist digital marketing and website projects. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Interest in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and business analytics. Excellent communication skills via phone and email. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Demonstrated capability to work independently on assigned accountabilities. Desire to explain, teach, coach, and enable customers to use eFlorist and other tools for long?term results. Excellent customer?service skills with a bias for resolution. Willingness to learn and grow digital marketing knowledge in a fast?paced, tech?driven environment. Experience working with small/medium businesses (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of digital marketing experience (preferred). Previous customer?support experience (preferred).
