The Providence Center
Anchor Operations Coordinator
will oversee daily operations and billing of Anchor Recovery Community Center, the Jim Gillen Teen Center, and Oasis Wellness Center. Provide data management and reporting for all program contracts, assist with expenditures and check requests for program operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure billing and administration function effectively and efficiently.
Oversee program metrics and submit data reports to contractors.
Oversee scheduling of events with community partners and social events for the recovery centers.
Serve as a member of the Anchor Management team, attend required meetings.
Conduct audits of EMR to ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
Assist with budget management, and with expenditure requests for program needs and activities.
Coordinate with CNE marketing for website updates.
Attend routine meetings with internal and external stakeholders (BHDDH, SPRA, etc.).
Work with the program manager to ensure that Peer Support staff are following CCBHC staffing regulations.
Monitor daily census amounts for reporting requirements.
Maintain budgets with funding for client activities, or other orders that require finance department approval.
Provide support to managers of Anchor, Oasis, and Teen Center administrative tasks.
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting of measures to appropriate internal/external parties as required.
Assist with data collection, system updates, and office procedures at all locations.
Travel between each location for essential job functions.
Conduct all job duties in accordance with established Care New England, The Providence Center, and Anchor Recovery Center regulatory requirements.
Maintain and respect the confidentiality of any client, employee and/or any other sensitive information.
Work effectively with others; help others to solve problems; promote teamwork and cooperation among individuals and/or departments.
Demonstrate ability to satisfy job requirements in situations involving unusual work demands.

Requirements
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Relevant administrative and operational experience.
Foundational knowledge about behavioral health, specifically substance use disorders.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team dynamic.
Ability to collect data and present data clearly and with purpose.
Ability to work with both internal and external vendors/contracts.
Must have a valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
