Senior SEM Growth Marketer –

Plano, TX

(Hybrid remote)

Overview Join a fast‑growing, innovative company that is redefining digital performance marketing. We are partnering directly with the hiring manager to find a strategic and data‑driven Senior SEM Growth Marketer to lead and scale our paid search initiatives across Google and Bing. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of SEM campaigns, collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, SEO, and BI teams, and leverage analytics to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Perform large‑scale paid search initiatives, using data analysis to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Build and refine campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, and creatives.

Drive performance across domestic and international markets (English and multilingual).

Analyze search data and internal metrics to identify trends and maximize ROI.

Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.

Launch localized campaigns in new markets.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering on landing page optimization and quality score improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field or equivalent experience.

At least 5+ years of hands‑on SEM experience (Google, Bing).

Strong experience leading large‑scale paid search initiatives, managing substantial budgets, and using data analysis to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Proven success managing and scaling paid search campaigns.

Proficiency with bulk tools (Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor).

Expertise in bidding platforms (Google Smart Bidding, Kenshoo, etc.).

Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Bonus Points

Experience in startups or early‑stage companies.

Experience managing complex advertising accounts.

Background in travel or hospitality or e‑commerce.

Familiarity with search experience products.

Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling.

Pay Range We offer a compensation range that reflects the value we believe this role brings. The range may be adjusted based on education, qualifications, experience, and other factors.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
