Collaborate with Product Growth to launch A/B tests and translate results into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or marketing analytics in a product‑led organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and dashboards
Proven ability to support cross‑functional projects and follow through to completion
Deeply customer‑centric approach, driving results while prioritizing customer experience
Comfort in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with documentation and systems that enhance team efficiency
Curiosity and initiative to proactively seek answers and solutions
