What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Launch multi‑channel monetization campaigns to convert free users to paid customers

Monitor campaign performance and summarize key takeaways for leadership and stakeholders

Drive clarity by documenting next steps and ensuring initiatives stay on track

Partner with Growth and Analytics to interpret data and identify trends for new campaigns

Collaborate with Product Growth to launch A/B tests and translate results into actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):

3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or marketing analytics in a product‑led organization

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and dashboards

Proven ability to support cross‑functional projects and follow through to completion

Deeply customer‑centric approach, driving results while prioritizing customer experience

Comfort in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
