What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, and content channels aligned with organizational priorities
Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager to plan and launch campaign assets that drive awareness and engagement
Create compelling content such as blogs, landing pages, and social media posts in partnership with subject matter experts
Ensure effective integration of campaign content across all channels, including website and digital campaigns
Manage campaign timelines and deliverables while supporting reporting and analytics to measure performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, ideally within environmental or technical industries
Strong writing and storytelling skills with proven experience in creating engaging, accurate content
Ability to work directly with technical experts and simplify complex topics into accessible narratives
Solid understanding of digital marketing workflows and tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the environmental, engineering, or scientific sectors
Familiarity with project management software like Asana
A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Previous experience in content marketing and digital strategy
