Responsibilities Ready to Drive Client Success Through Strategic Health Marketing and Communications? We're seeking a health marketing professional who can manage client relationships for Hospital and Health System clustomers by developing strategic engagement and health communications campaigns that drive measurable results. As our Account Manager, you'll leverage your expertise in health education and healthcare marketing to serve as the primary relationship owner, partnering with clients on audience targeting, messaging strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution that improves patient engagement and ROI.

Serve as accountable leader for ongoing health of assigned accounts and successful onboarding of new clients
Strategic partnership:
Partner with Hospital or Health Systems customers on marketing strategy including audience targeting, messaging, and ROI optimization
Campaign management:
Oversee year-round client campaign plans while ensuring timely, successful delivery of all campaign components
Cross-functional coordination:
Simplify customer touchpoints while overseeing cross-functional initiatives and serving as primary point of contact
What You'll Actually Do
Manage client relationships:
Lead day-to-day relationship management for group of existing clients while successfully onboarding and managing new clients with comprehensive understanding of expectations and goals.
Drive strategic partnerships:
Partner with Hospital or Health Systems customers on marketing strategy including audience targeting, messaging, and ROI while proactively monitoring campaign performance.
Oversee campaign execution:
Manage year-round client campaign plans while coordinating with campaign management, service delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of all components.
Lead regular engagement:
Conduct bi-weekly/monthly meetings with clients and internal teams while utilizing knowledge of multi-channel campaigns to advise on opportunities and inform strategy.
Ensure product adoption:
Become product super-user and serve as subject matter expert for available tools while training clients on tool utilization and monitoring engagement results.
Track performance metrics:
Maintain annual client calendar and account plan while tracking and reporting on ROI, customer NPS, and SLAs for leadership visibility.
Serve as customer advocate:
Partner with internal departments to develop, implement, and drive strategies that meet requirements and enhance offerings while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Manage internal tools:
Maintain client management tools including Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira while documenting and acting on client feedback appropriately.
Qualifications The account management foundation:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
3+ years direct account management work with primary accountability for overall account relationships
Background in healthcare (Health Plan or Hospital System), Insurance, or Financial Services, working in Compliance, Risk, or Governance
The campaign expertise:
Prior experience implementing marketing/engagement solutions across multiple channels preferred:
Integrated Voice Response (IVR)

Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office suite
Experience with client management tools (Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Jira)

Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
