Job Summary
The Sr. Graphics Arts Analyst Multimedia Specialist creates engaging visual and audio content that supports training, outreach, and communications across the organization. This role blends creativity with technical expertise, producing videos, graphics, and other multimedia materials that help learners, partners, and staff connect with content in meaningful ways. The Multimedia Specialist ensures that learning and outreach materials are visually compelling, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and audio, to support training, outreach, and communication efforts.
Communicate scope, capacity, and timeline for delivery of multimedia deliverables.
Fulfill timeline-driven delivery of multimedia deliverables.
Edit video and audio files to create professional, accessible materials.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop visuals for courses, live events, and online learning experiences.
Support the Social Media Coordinator by providing multimedia assets for posts and campaigns.
Work closely with the Community Engagement & Partnerships Lead, IDEA Lead, and Training & Certification team to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Contribute to projects beyond core duties, such as communications and website development or maintenance.
Creates graphic artwork, such as charts, graphs or illustrations, for various publications, advertising materials and/or customers with moderate levels of supervision.
Assists in coordination of some graphic production scheduling.
Uses on-the-job experience to complete a variety of assignments, such as coordinating production support with outside vendors, as needed.
Works within processes to ensure that graphic projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the user's satisfaction. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Performs other related work as needed.
Education
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in a related field.
Work Experience
Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
Video and audio editing, as well as graphic design.
Technical Skills Or Knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, Powtoon, Final Cut, and video/audio recording equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
