Job Overview StudioBinder is looking for a full‑time SEO Specialist to join its Content and Editorial team. Responsibilities Conduct keyword research. Optimize blog posts and marketing pages for search. Create an optimization action plan for our domain. Add content to WordPress (Yoast, Thrive Architect, etc.). Create newsletter funnels, drips, marketing pages. Revise article copy to better optimize them for search. Conduct site audits to identify on‑site SEO issues. Identify backlink opportunities. Cold email editors to acquire backlinks. Present results to team members and executives. Qualifications Lives in Santa Monica (or very nearby). At least 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist. Passion for problem solving and analysis. Geeks out over SEO; not looking to pivot to a new role at StudioBinder. Subscribes to blogs such as HubSpot, Backlinko, and Moz. Obsessed with data and analytics. Passionate about copywriting. Has used StudioBinder before (not required, but a big plus). Comfortable writing about video production and filmmaking. Analytical, detail‑oriented, a stickler for good grammar, a problem solver, and can pick up new tech quickly. Typical Workday An overview of a typical morning: get to the office, join a morning stand‑up, grab a bagel and coffee, head to your desk, open Trello, optimize an old blog post, do keyword research, rewrite content, publish, log analytics, then lunch.
