Job Summary
Position is responsible for developing, implementing and managing organizational marketing and branding strategies and campaigns that promote the organization, its services and successes with the goal of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving growth. Role supports all aspects of the marketing and branding function for the organization, including budget management, market analysis, marketing campaign execution and internal and external communications.
Job Purpose
Position drives organizational growth and visibility through planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support organizational objectives. Role ensures all marketing and branding activities align with organizational goals and effectively communicate the value proposition to the target audience.
Essential Functions
Essential functions are the primary duties/main job responsibilities that an incumbent must be able to perform, with or without accommodation. Key accountabilities include stakeholder collaboration and communication, project execution and performance evaluation, brand management and market research, and budget and resource management.
Job Factors
Minimum Education Level Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
Minimum Experience Level Required: Minimum five years of progressive professional experience in marketing, advertising, or related field. Experience in a non-profit, healthcare or public administration setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in marketing theory and practices as well as digital marketing channels.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills.
Understanding of healthcare terminology, compliance standards and regulations preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and adapt messaging for the appropriate audience.
Demonstrated competence using marketing tools including CRM software, analytics platforms, and email campaign management.
Demonstrated data analysis and interpretation experience.
Ability to function in a complex team environment, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet needs.
Awareness of current healthcare delivery trends, patient engagement strategies and public health issues highly preferred.
Selfdirected and selfmotivated, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands efficiently and simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills, professionalism and high emotional intelligence.
Ability to navigate regulatory requirements, ensure compliance and protect patient privacy in all marketing initiatives.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills for managing campaigns and projects.
Capacity for critical thinking and adaptability in a fastchanging, highly regulated environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting hard deadlines.

Frequently fast-paced work with unscheduled interruptions.
Work may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet patient care demands.
Some public contact requiring business-appropriate apparel and/or occasional use of personal protective equipment.
