Job Summary
- Capture photos across campus for a range of audiences and various marketing channels including social, print, and digital.
- Manage the logistics of the photo shoot process including scheduling and identifying locations, once ideas are approved.
- Oversee the editing process and edit photos.
- Follow digital asset management system protocols and processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to incorporate photos into marketing channels such as emails, websites, and social media channels.
- Capture any video needs for OEM or campus events and campaigns, as needed.
- Provide expert guidance on equipment and latest technology and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects at once and communicate with team members about progress while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain photographic equipment, including lenses, lights, and cameras, inventory, and supply ordering; may perform basic equipment repairs, escalating complex issues to supervisor.
- Maintain file storage and familiarity with photo archive and may recommend photos for use in specific publications, websites, mailers, or marketing and communications campaigns.
- May collaborate in broader marketing and communications project teams or committees.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
Work Experience
- 2 years in a relevant field

Working Conditions / Demands
This role regularly requires the ability to effectively communicate. This role frequently requires the ability to handle equipment. This role frequently requires the ability to remain stationary and ascend/descend ladders/stairs. This role requires the ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. The role requires the ability to detect items in close proximity as well as far away; discern between colors; detect objects in peripheral space of self; discern items in detail; and to have good depth perception. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
