Job Overview
As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of your venue, support team members, and drive performance goals forward.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of team members and assign tasks and assignments
- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or Local Management when needed
- Assist with inventory, training, and recruiting as needed
- Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required)
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
- Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
- Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Complete all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment with natural weather conditions
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
