role at

MirrorWeb

MirrorWeb is a fast‑growing, Manchester‑born scale‑up with headquarters in Austin, Texas. We've earned a global reputation for enabling financial firms to manage risk through cutting‑edge data archiving and supervision solutions. Our platform captures, monitors and stores all digital communications - whether it's emails, MS Teams conversations, iMessages, or anything else - helping businesses comply with strict regulations and avoid costly fines like the $5 billion issued by the SEC in 2023.

Our mission is simple: to allow firms to communicate freely and confidently with the knowledge that all messages will be monitored and flagged in real‑time if noncompliant. Having recently secured significant investment from Mainsail Partners, we're ready for our next phase of rapid expansion in the U.S. market and beyond.

About The Role We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive competitive positioning and go‑to‑market execution as we scale. Based in our Austin office, you'll translate our technical capabilities into compelling market messaging, enable our sales team to win in competitive enterprise deals, and drive adoption of AI‑powered communications supervision.

This hands‑on role involves competitive intelligence, creating sales enablement materials that actually get used, and leading product launch execution from messaging through sales readiness. It reports to the VP Product and offers a unique opportunity to influence revenue outcomes and build your strategic PMM skills at a critical growth stage.

Establish competitive monitoring processes and create regular competitive briefings for sales and leadership teams

Develop customer case studies and reference materials that resonate with mid‑market and enterprise buyers

Design and deliver competitive training programs to sales teams with measurable impact on win rates

Build playbooks for key use cases, verticals (RIA, BD, PE), and product combinations

Partner with Sales leadership to diagnose enablement gaps and prioritize high‑impact materials

Product Launch Ownership

Own go‑to‑market strategy and execution for product releases

Drive cross‑functional launch planning across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Develop launch messaging, positioning, and enablement materials

Create comprehensive launch enablement including feature overviews, competitive comparisons, and value propositions

Track launch success metrics including adoption rates, attach rates, and revenue impact

Strategic Market Positioning

Develop and evolve positioning and messaging frameworks for our platform as we move upmarket

Translate technical capabilities into business value for compliance officers and financial services executives

Create vertical‑specific messaging strategies for RIA, broker‑dealer, and private equity segments

Conduct primary research with customers and prospects to uncover buyer pain points, decision criteria, and competitive dynamics

Synthesize market insights into strategic recommendations that inform product roadmap and GTM priorities

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Provide competitive intelligence that shapes product roadmap decisions

Partner with our marketing team on positioning‑aligned campaigns and content

Collaborate with Revenue Operations on win/loss tracking and competitive analysis

Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
