Overview
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Greensboro, NC! Qualified Professionals will have at least one year of property management experience. This position is Full Time and offers competitive hourly pay and a great benefit package. This position will assist the Community Manager with the operation of assigned facility to including maintenance, marketing units to 100% occupancy, tenant and prospective tenant relationships, banking and financial, and administrative and clerical functions. Promote the property and Company in the community.
Responsibilities
Assist property management with goal of 100 percent occupancy of units.
Assist with move-ins and move-outs obtaining signatures on all required documentation.
Assist with and establish resident relations.
Collect and deposit all monies when assigned in a timely manner.
When assigned, monitor the housekeeping in the leasing office, clubhouse and associated common areas cleaning and straightening when required and ensuring contract and maintenance staff are performing assigned cleaning appropriately, may perform cleaning on a regular schedule or in emergencies.
Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Assist with social media platforms.
Assist with special projects and special tasks as assigned by the Community Manager.
