We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Marketing Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within our office. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our producers and marketing manager in marketing commercial insurance accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients and insurance carriers, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Urgency, Organization and Efficiency are key qualities for this role. Responsibilities
Assist in the marketing of new and renewal commercial accounts to carriers Prepare applications, proposals, and presentations for clients and underwriters Obtain and review quotes and policy documents Communicate with underwriters to clarify risk information and negotiate terms Maintain accurate records in the agency management system Support account managers and producers with various administrative tasks Track submissions and follow up with carriers as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Help maintain a paperless office through electronic document management. Perform other administrative duties as needed by the Marketing Manager. Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a marketing role within an insurance agency is preferred. Florida 2-20 License (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive). Experience with AMS360 and DocuSign (preferred). Familiarity with commercial lines coverage (GL, WC, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Team player with a proactive attitude Work Environment
