We are looking for a talented, design‑savvy individual to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Interior Design Showroom Assistant Manager to assist clients in selecting products and designing home interiors that reflect their style and needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and experience with a range of interior products including flooring, furniture, wallpaper, fabric, and window treatments.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth
Provide design consultations, helping clients choose coordinated products for their spaces
Offer expert knowledge on flooring, furniture, window treatments, wallpaper, and accessories
Manage sales transactions and follow up with clients from start to finish
Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise displays
Request vendor quotes, and create estimates and proposals
Process orders, manage project files & scheduling
Monitor, track, and follow up on progress of orders and purchases to ensure accuracy and timelines are met
Stay updated on design trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
Background in interior design, retail sales, flooring or a related field preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Proficiency with design software or Quickbooks is a plus
Some Saturdays, 10‑2, will be required.

Salary Range $55,000 - $60,000 PLUS BONUSES
