Dreamwear is a leading wholesale intimate apparel and sleepwear company working with brands such as Laura Ashley, Danskin, Juicy Couture, Roxy and Nicole Miller. Our Design team establishes the trends, color, and style direction for seasonal and customer‑driven lines, and manages sample development and production processes.
Responsibilities
Research the market for seasonal trends, colors, prints and silhouettes to support the senior team.
Send out tech packs and sample requests, along with production artwork and color standards.
Execute organized and accurate technical development packages including construction details, sketches, fabrications, trims, print, and color details.
Correspond with overseas factories regarding production.
Assist designers with the trim and fabric library, color pallets, and flat sketching.
Work with the senior team to ensure artwork is sized correctly and for choosing colors.
Execute production packages including color and trim specifications and prepare production‑ready print and graphic artwork.
Track and follow up on development and fabric sourcing.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Fashion degree preferred.
Internship experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
Positive attitude and team player.
Excellent communication, follow‑up skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Passion for fashion and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
