Base Pay Range $61,100.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr
Job Overview As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you will grow your skills within a collaborative environment. You will provide leadership and support to our Built Environment team, working closely with clients and construction trade partners on design concepts, model creation, and coordination across disciplines. Your contributions will include delivering structural requirements through 2D paper deliverables or BIM 3D Revit models, and providing leadership for small projects, establishing standards, training, and team morale.
Responsibilities • Develop design concepts and create models from scratch.
• Coordinate designs to account for existing conditions and other disciplines.
• Convey structural requirements to the construction team through paper deliverables or BIM 3D Revit models.
• Lead a small project team, establishing project standards, procedures, training, and team development.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and convey design intent to construction partners.
• Contribute to the development of the Global Company’s knowledge sharing and skill advancement initiatives.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit experience
At least 3 years of AutoCAD design experience
Ideally, you will also have:
At least 2 years of Revit experience
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience leading a team of designers
Experience with healthcare/institutional/commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
