Structural Design Technician

We are looking for a driven and curious Structural Design Technician to provide leadership and support our Built Environment team. Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. Convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models. Provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, and team morale. Collaborate with clients and construction trade partners. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field At least 1 year of Revit experience At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures (preferred) Experience leading a team of designers (preferred) Experience with healthcare/institutional/commercial buildings (preferred) Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred) Benefits
