Base pay range $61,100.00/yr - $84,000.00/yr

Responsibilities As a Structural Design Technician, you will lead and support our Built Environment team. You’ll develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2‑D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3‑D Revit models.
You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team and building and maintaining team morale. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit experience
At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
At least 2 years of Revit experience (preferred)
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience leading a team of designers
Experience with healthcare/institutional/commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
