CAD Technician – Axis Land Survey, Inc. Axis Land Survey, Inc. is a professional land surveying firm specializing in boundary, topographic, construction, and subdivision surveys throughout Central Virginia. We take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work while maintaining a team-oriented and efficient environment that values collaboration and growth.
We are seeking a motivated CAD Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist our licensed surveyors and field crews by drafting plats, boundary and division surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic maps, site plans, and construction work maps using Carlson Survey. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience in land surveying or civil drafting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who shows initiative and a desire to grow in the profession.
This in-person position is Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities paid at time and a half. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with salary based on experience.
