Services to Students with Disabilities (SSD) is part of the Division of Student Affairs. The mission of the SSD office is to empower students with disabilities by fostering skills of self-advocacy, resourcefulness, and independence. The SSD office works collaboratively with the campus community to remove barriers and promote an enriched learning environment where students with disabilities can utilize their skills and pursue their academic and personal development goals. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, and will be performed in coordination with SSD Staff: Assist with outreach efforts and the completion of projects to enhance SSD\'s outreach, marketing and social media efforts. Ensure assigned workspace is clean and organized. Assist in covering the front office and main phone line as needed. Assist with providing Alternative Testing, Alternative Media, Cart Services, Notetaking and Class Aide accommodations as needed. Participate in office meetings and planned operations. Minimum Qualifications

Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position. Special Qualification: Admission or registration as a CSU student. Required Qualifications

Maintain a 2.0 G.P.A. or greater per semester and cumulative. Students must be enrolled in at least halftime units at CSUSB (6 units undergraduate; 3 units graduate). International students must have full-time enrollment at CSUSB (12 units undergraduate; 6 units graduate). Eligible to work in the United States. Payroll Requirement: Social Security Card. Special Conditions

Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Working hours vary to cover events which could be outside the normal 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F schedule. Compensation and Benefits

Student Employment Anticipated Hiring Range: $16.50 per hour. The compensation offered will consider internal equity and experience among other factors. Position Information

Work status: Part-Time, Temporary, Seasonal. The application deadline is: 11/28/2025 at 11:55 pm (PST). Academic year available hours: Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). Summer available hours: Monday through Thursday (7:00 am - 5:30 pm). This is an On-Campus Only position. Student Employees are not eligible to telecommute at any time. Policies and Compliance
