We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and creative 3D Animator. The role involves creating high-quality animations that reflect character personalities and align with the creative vision. The animator will collaborate closely with the tech team and designers using 3ds Max/Maya and Unreal Engine, contributing to both current and future game titles.
Some of your responsibilities:
Create high quality animations that portray character & creature personalities consistent with the style and vision as laid out by Directors Demonstrate a superior sense of posing, timing, and weight Continuously push the quality of the animations Help to identify and solve animation process and implementation issues Desired qualifications:
A demo reel that showcases a range of gameplay animations (handkey & mocap) Good knowledge about animation in Maya / 3D Studio Max Knowledge of the pipeline of animating a video game character from Maya/3DS Max into the animation controller in Unreal/Unity Ability to analyze our game and competitor games and identifying needs to increase the animation quality Motion Capture and Pose to Pose experience Bonus: Coding knowledge in C++, Blueprints (UE4), C# or Python Passion for roleplaying games is welcomed Applicants must be authorized to work in Germany/E.U Fluent in written and spoken English A positive team-oriented mindset. Proactive, self-motivated, and be able to work without micromanagement.
