Compensation and Benefits Anticipated Hiring Salary: $5,720/month

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Job Summary Reporting to the Athletics Director, the Assistant Athletics Director for Creative Services oversees all creative content and production for Fresno State Athletics. This role leads the creative services team, manages daily operations and resources, and drives content strategy to enhance fan engagement, social media presence, ticket sales, and overall brand visibility.

Key duties include coordinating content across digital and social platforms, producing videoboard and advertising materials, collaborating with communications, marketing, and coaching staffs on recruiting and promotional content, and partnering with multimedia rights holders on sponsored projects.

Key Qualifications

Knowledge of:

NCAA, Mountain West Conference, and University rules and regulations, with a positive history of rules compliance

Strong oral, written communication and creativity skills

Proficient in the use of PC and Microsoft Office Applications software, the full Adobe creative suite, video editing software, and graphic design software

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

Thorough knowledge and understanding of intercollegiate sports

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field

Minimum of three years of experience in collegiate or professional athletics creative services, content production, marketing, or communications role

Demonstrated experience producing multimedia content for social and digital media

Demonstrated experience producing compelling and creative videos in all formats

Demonstrated experience in social media marketing

Demonstrated knowledge of television and digital media advertising

Experience producing content for live games and events

Demonstrated experience working with multimedia rights holders

Demonstrated ability to support the recruitment of prospective student-athletes through content production and distribution
