Location: Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, NV
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
Position Summary McCarthy is looking for a marketing coordinator with exceptional organizational skills who will be responsible for the development of proposals, presentations, and other deliverables, both in print and digital, across multiple platforms. This role will work closely with regional leaders as well as marketing and business development partners to develop best-in-class marketing materials that align with McCarthy’s brand standards. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proactive problem solver, and collaborative partner.
Key Responsibilities
Works closely with business development to lead project kick-off meetings, strategy development, RFQ/RFP responses, and interview preparation.
Coordinates, manages, and produces multiple deliverables for various groups simultaneously, including operations and regional departments.
Manages the project qualification and proposal process, including coordinating the collection of project-specific information and developing proposal content and other requirements to meet RFP guidelines and target assignment dates.
Creates and maintains proposal graphics and boilerplate narratives in Adobe Suite.
Maintains CRM database, including maintenance and data integrity of opportunities, projects, employees, clients, text library, project references, and contacts.
Qualifications and Technical Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
3+ years of experience in the AEC marketing field, preferably preparing proposals/qualification statements and presentations.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign.
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
Experience with CRM database management systems.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.

Ability to work under pressure, excelling at meeting tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload; juggle multiple projects.

Provide different, creative solutions to help sell McCarthy’s services.
The salary range for this position is: $60,000-$90,000. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
