Job Description
An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced
P&C Insurance Producer
with a strong hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, excel at networking, and possess a consultative approach to identifying and meeting client and broker needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory.
Apply creative and strategic thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client and broker requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Partner with multiple carriers to market and grow the agency’s network.
Utilize strong communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Prior sales experience within the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
