What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead PRC submission and committee processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors to align marketing strategies
Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to support initiatives
Monitor and report on key marketing and compliance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, focusing on promotional review and marketing operations
Strong knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements for promotional materials
Proven expertise in process management and cross‑functional collaboration
Proficiency with compliance systems and project management tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree in a relevant field
Experience with vendor management and policy development
Familiarity with compliance systems such as Veeva Vault
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving mindset
