What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce marketing administration, including data clean‑ups and foundational configuration
Oversee HubSpot programs, lists, workflows, and lead automation to ensure accurate integration with Salesforce
Deliver executive‑ready reporting on marketing performance, analyzing data to recommend optimization strategies
Improve and document marketing workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and automation
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to align on global go‑to‑market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or RevOps
Strong Salesforce administration skills; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
Experience managing HubSpot marketing automation end‑to‑end
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas
Solid understanding of modern marketing technology stacks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Additional HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach certifications
Experience supporting global teams across various time zones
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
