What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build, QA, and deploy multi-step email and nurture campaigns, landing pages, and forms in Eloqua
Ensure all inbound leads route properly from Eloqua to Salesforce and troubleshoot sync issues
Build and maintain contact lists and dynamic segments for campaigns and programs
Review assets for deliverability, formatting, personalization accuracy, and compliance
Pull and analyze campaign performance data and support the creation of dashboards and insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
2–4 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred; HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot acceptable)
Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred)
Understanding of marketing data structures (UTMs, lead sources, campaign attribution)
Intermediate to advanced Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with reporting tools a plus
Detail‑oriented mindset with excellent QA and troubleshooting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Comfort working cross‑functionally and managing multiple deadlines
Curiosity for new marketing technology and a drive for continuous improvement
