What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design, build, and deploy complex automated marketing campaigns and email communications primarily within Pardot
Maintain and improve business process automation related to lead routing, data cleansing, and campaign attribution
Ensure adherence to GDPR and other data privacy regulations while building relationships with stakeholders
Audit utilization and performance of all Marketing Automation Programs for quality standards
Manage the health, integration, and flow of data between the marketing automation platform and CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience working with Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce data model, particularly with Lead, Account, and Opportunity objects
Proven track record in delivering projects from internal kickoff through launch
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Hands-on experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting marketing automation programs
Experience with project management software, preferably JIRA and Asana
Familiarity with additional marketing technologies such as Groove, 6Sense, or DOMO
