Compensation:

Anticipated compensation for this position is an hourly wage of $50-75.*

Job Summary As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create captivating and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various mediums. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development to translate their objectives into visually appealing designs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must submit a portfolio that demonstrates design skills and experience.

Essential Job Functions

Conceptualize and produce high quality designs for both print and digital media.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative strategies that align with the organization’s goals and target audience.

Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all collateral including logos, brochures, presentations, websites, and social media assets.

Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a thorough understanding of brand standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all design deliverables.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and ensure they meet project requirements and objectives.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all design deliverables, including proofreading, image selection and file preparation for print or digital distribution.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent

5 years professional graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting

Preferred Skills & Experience

Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite

Portfolio displaying a diverse range of creative work, highlighting both conceptual and executional abilities

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work

Motivated team player with strong work ethic

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, deadline drive environment

Recognizes and embraces challenges with a positive attitude
