Pay Range Base pay range: $50,500.00/yr - $50,500.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Position Purpose Safety‑sensitive manager responsible for the overall operational and financial success of the residential property and exceeding resident service standards. Manage and develop residential staff for personal and professional growth and ensure high employee job satisfaction.
Key Contributions
Financial: Administer leasing procedures, meet occupancy & rental rate goals, control expenses, report payroll, and collect revenue.
Management and Staff Development: Interview, screen, train, orient, and retain staff; evaluate performance.
Property Appearance & Upkeep: Conduct daily inspections, maintain curb‑appeal, and enforce maintenance schedules.
Customer Service: Ensure resident satisfaction, manage emergencies, process leasing and maintenance documentation.
Other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Finance: Meet budget and occupancy goals.
Staff: Attract, train, and retain staff.
Property: Inspect and maintain property.
Customer Service: Resolve resident issues and emergencies.
Essential Mental Alertness Requirements
Constant state of alertness and safe manner.
High cognitive function and judgment.
No mental or physical impairment.
Prompt response to operating conditions.
Unfatigued state; accurate gauge of time and distance.
Short‑term memory recall.
Concentration and coping with sudden changes.
Committed attitude about safety.
Position Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years residential management or related experience (or combination of education and experience).
Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
Driving: Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation; insurable at standard rates; proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
Background investigation and drug screen required.
