In this role you will report to the Senior Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing and assist with the strategy and execution of Hourglass’ growing influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building strategies and creative concepts, identifying and engaging influencers, managing outreach programs, and creating engaging, brand‑worthy content.
What You Do
Develop influencer campaign strategies for both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencer selection – all based on data, insights and trends.
Execute influencer campaigns: outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, and content review.
Lead talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships for earned and paid executions.
Support the global mailer program.
Build and manage community events.
Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and conduct competitive analysis for key stakeholders using social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Traackr, etc.
Maintain the influencer database and track product orders to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept.
Partner with Social, Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between programs.
Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with Digital and eCommerce teams.
Show creative and critical thinking, challenge the status quo, and demonstrate sound judgment in strategic decisions.
Adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
Communicate value points to internal and external teams with excellent writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years influencer marketing experience with at least 3 years in beauty.
Passionate about the beauty industry.
Strong project management skills – timing, detail orientation, execution excellence.
Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing core principles.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Up‑to‑date with social culture and trends.
Established relationships with influencers and industry players.
Knowledge of international talent is a plus.
Proven success in community building.
Proficient in content storytelling.
Understanding of paid media opportunities and limitations.
Data‑oriented – each activation informs the next.
Comfortable delivering insights that drive business impact.
Excellent communicator, networker, team player, highly organized.
Balances personal accountability with teamwork.
Experience working in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
Able to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and support concurrent projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation creation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite with SharePoint skills.
Must be willing to work from corporate office at least 60% of the time.
The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $95,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by experience, skills, and location. The position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
