Job Description and Responsibilities Media Campaign Execution

Assist in the development and implementation of paid media campaigns, including video, audio, live sports, linear TV, display, social, OOH, DOOH, search, affiliate, etc.

Work closely with internal teams and external media partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.

Assist in evaluating media publisher proposals and provide a POV as it relates to the media campaign.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor media performance using key metrics such as impressions, engagement, conversions, traffic, and ROAS.

Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.

Assist in A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve effectiveness.

Work with the agency and internal teams to prepare reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign objectives.

Coordinate milestone meetings for media campaign planning.

Facilitate vendor meetings and assist in supporting overall team education sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications.

3-5 years experience in Media Agency, Advertising Agency, Media Planning, Media Buying.

Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft Excel.

Microsoft Word.

Microsoft PowerPoint.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Collaborative.

Self-motivated & results oriented.

Detail-oriented.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
