Digital Marketing Account Executive (Account Executive – Digital Marketing Consultant)
Location:
Atlanta, Georgia (Remote – must be based in Atlanta area with local in‑person sales calls)
Position Title:
Account Executive – Digital Marketing Consultant
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to develop and execute diverse advertising and marketing solutions, including website development, SEO, local listings, and reputation management.
Generate awareness and leads through search engine marketing, social media engagement, display advertising, video content, and mobile advertising.
Grow audience and promote engagement through brand content solutions and social media marketing.
Manage leads and customers efficiently using lead alert systems, engagement tools, and tracking mechanisms.
Analyze campaign effectiveness using comprehensive reporting tools, mobile applications, and emerging technologies such as virtual and augmented reality.
Actively pursue and secure new business and revenue streams.
Articulate and present the product suite to business decision‑makers.
Conduct face‑to‑face customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
Deploy the best marketing services and solutions in the region to deliver exceptional results for customers.
Foster partnerships with local businesses and assist them in achieving marketing goals through digital solutions.
Identify customer needs to develop and implement tailored account plans and client solutions that distinguish our services from competitors.
Assist businesses in optimizing their online presence through customized digital marketing strategies.
Retain, manage, and expand your client base in the evolving digital landscape.
Collaborate with the team to manage client relationships and increase account revenue.
Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, video conferencing (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom), email, and in‑person meetings.
Manage a specified sales pipeline and devise strategy for long‑term sustained success.
Conduct regular client check‑ins and upsell/cross‑sell accounts, addressing any client concerns regarding market share.
Utilize Salesforce effectively and accurately record all sales activities.
Key Qualifications
High proficiency in digital marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications preferred).
5+ years of experience in high‑acquisition, consultative B2B sales roles.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
Competitive nature and collaborative team spirit.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance as required by law.
