About Us We are a boutique luxury interior design firm based in Baltimore, managing high‑end residential and construction projects nationwide. Our team is small, agile, and highly collaborative — and our work is defined by creativity, precision, and a commitment to exceptional client service. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist & Expeditor to join us on‑site in Baltimore and support our designers in ensuring the seamless delivery of every detail.
Role Overview The Procurement Specialist & Expeditor will oversee the full life cycle of procurement and expediting for FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment), lighting, accessories, and custom finishes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑driven, and fluent in Studio Designer, with experience navigating the demands of luxury interior design projects. This is an on‑site role in our Baltimore office — please apply only if you are available to work locally.
Key Responsibilities Manage procurement from start to finish: proposals, purchase orders, vendor communications, and invoicing. Track and expedite orders, proactively resolving shipping delays, production issues, or damages. Maintain accurate records and reporting within Studio Designer. Partner with designers and project managers to align procurement with schedules and budgets. Liaise with vendors, artisans, and workrooms, cultivating relationships that reflect our commitment to quality and service. Coordinate logistics for white‑glove deliveries nationwide.
Qualifications3> Proficiency in Studio Designer is required. 2+ years of procurement, expediting, or purchasing experience in the interior design industry.
