Overview
Digital Marketing Coordinator
– Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid office (3 days a week). Annual salary $70,000–$85,000.
Report to Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager; dotted line to Head of US Marketing & Business Development.
Responsibilities
Campaigns and communications
Assist in planning, executing, and distributing digital campaigns.
Create and draft content for internal communications and external channels (social media, website, email) to promote wins, initiatives, and campaigns.
Branding and design
Develop, design, and edit visually compelling, on‑brand marketing materials (client alerts, invitations, sponsorship ads, social media assets, brochures, event collateral, newsletters, and presentations).
Maintain and update content on the firm’s website.
Ensure firm content is on‑brand.
Tracking and analytics
Research, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using data‑driven insights to optimize outcomes.
Improve email marketing performance using CRM (InterAction), email management system (Vuture), and analytics from social media and website traffic.
Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility and engagement.
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and share innovative ideas.
Event support
Coordinate logistics for events, sponsorships, and client receptions (invitations, RSVPs, registration, materials, branding, vendor coordination).
Create and update mailing lists, liaise regularly with CRM team, and provide guidance and best practices to troubleshoot and ensure team leverages CRM.
Provide on‑site support for events, including early mornings or evenings as needed.
Research and profile‑raising projects
Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to support pitches, RFPs, and marketing initiatives.
Assist with directory and award submissions, promoting recognitions and updating profiles.
Administrative projects
Track, coordinate, and calendar marketing projects, campaigns, and BD activities.
Assist with onboarding and training of marketing and business development team members regarding marketing technology software, processes, and systems.
Support various marketing and business development projects as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, financial services, or professional services environment.
Preferred Technical Proficiency
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adobe Creative Suite
Web-based skills
Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms
HTML/CSS
Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Email management systems (EMS)
Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, AI tools, podcast recording, and experience with editing videos/podcasts (plus).

Eager to develop new skills and continuously improve through feedback and training.
