We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fast‑paced communications team. This role is central to ensuring accurate, timely, and effective delivery of the client’s external communications and digital campaigns. The position requires strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and client communications
Oversee campaign lists, content preparation, and performance reporting
Support SEO and website optimization efforts through tools like Conductor and Google Analytics
Collaborate with Communications and Business Development teams to amplify news, media coverage, and client‑focused initiatives across digital channels
Assist with updates to the client’s website, attorney profiles, and digital content management systems
Edit, fact‑check, and proofread marketing content for accuracy and consistency with firm standards
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in a law firm, financial institution, or similarly rigorous environment
Hands‑on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Vuture, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Strong writing, proofreading, and research skills (testing required)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Experience with web content management and CRM systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
